Article 2 | What data do we use?
<\/strong>Here you will find an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis and how long we will keep this data. We process your name, e-mail address, address details and bank details that are necessary to optimally provide our services based on the agreement. Without this information we cannot properly execute the agreement. For example, we cannot ship the order if we do not have the information.<\/p>

We store this data for 7 years (this is the legal retention period for the Tax Authorities). If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email and the content of this complaint in order to find the best possible solution for you. We use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. We will keep the data until this complaint has been resolved. We use analytics services to enable and optimize our website.\u00a0We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) to use your surfing behavior on our website and related data to analyze our service and improve it where necessary (see Article 6).<\/p>

We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google's retention periods. When you complete the contact form on our website, we process, with your explicit consent, your name, email, telephone number and other data that you wish to enter on the form. We retain data from completed contact forms until your question has been addressed and resolved.<\/p>

Article 4 | What rights do you have with regard to this data?
<\/strong>The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights with regard to the personal data that you have processed by us.<\/p>

    1. Inspection \u2013 You can request us to inspect your data at any time. To verify your identity, we may ask you for confirmation of your identity, using the Itsme app.<\/li>
    2. Change \u2013 You can submit a request if you would like to have your data adjusted, corrected, supplemented, shielded or deleted based on inspection.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Objection \u2013 You can object to the processing of your data on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of Brickwise Controls BV<\/span><\/li>
    4. Data transfer \u2013 If you want to transfer your data to another provider, Brickwise Controls will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be opened by common digital systems.<\/span><\/li>
    5. Automated processing \u2013 You may always let us know your position on an automated decision by Brickwise Controls and have this decision reconsidered by a third person.<\/span><\/li>
    6. Withdrawal \u2013 If we have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may have consequences for the services we can provide you.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
